PMCSA digital marketing case study

THE BRIEF.

The brief provided by the client was a simple one, get me the best leads, at the best price, at the best frequency. This industry revolves around lead marketing for the success of the business. This industry rarely does physical marketing, it is almost all digital. These types of clients are a very rewarding client to have since their business success relies on our marketing strategies. This means that if we keep providing quality leads using social media and other digital marketing platforms, they stay in business.

THE STRATEGY

At the time they were spending about 10 000ZAR – 30 000ZAR on Google ad words exclusively. This was very expensive to maintain because all their competitors were doing the exact same thing. The businesses or competitors use google ads the more expensive the Goggle ads become.

Our strategy was to reduce that digital marketing budget and use more platforms like Facebook marketing and Instagram marketing. The reason for this was that their competitors were not using these digital marketing platforms at all and therefore we had the market for ourselves. It is very important to understand who your competitors are, and more importantly what they do and do not do to market their business.

THE RESULTS.

Over the course of 1 month, they reduced their budget by 75% – 89%. Not because of them going bankrupt, but because they started getting more leads than what they could handle as a business. As an overall result on average, they pay 32.40ZAR per lead. And they get 200% more leads than what they used to on a daily basis.
